These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IDVTuber Tracker dashboard ("Dashboard", "Service") located at https://idvtuber-tracker.github.io/tracker/ and operated by the IDVTuber Tracker project ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using this Dashboard in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Dashboard on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

IDVTuber Tracker uses the YouTube Data API v3 to collect and display publicly available data from YouTube. By using this Dashboard, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to and governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We operate this project in full compliance with these policies.

IDVTuber Tracker is a non-commercial, fan community analytics dashboard that collects and displays publicly available livestream metrics from Indonesian Virtual YouTuber (VTuber) channels. The Dashboard shows:

• Real-time and historical concurrent viewer counts during livestreams
• Like counts and comment counts collected during active streams
• Interactive viewer trend charts over time
• A searchable archive of all tracked streams and their analytics

All data displayed on this Dashboard is publicly available information sourced from the YouTube Data API v3. This project has no affiliation with, endorsement by, or relationship with any talent agency, content creator, or YouTube LLC.

You are permitted to:

• View and browse the Dashboard for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share links to the Dashboard or specific stream pages
• Reference data displayed on the Dashboard for personal research or fan community discussion, provided appropriate attribution is given
• Take screenshots of the Dashboard for personal or fan community use

You may not:

• Use the Dashboard or its data for any commercial purpose, including resale, monetization, advertising, or paid services
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Dashboard through automated means
• Misrepresent the source or accuracy of data obtained from this Dashboard
• Use Dashboard data in any way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube API Services Terms of Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Dashboard infrastructure, database, or source code beyond what is publicly available
• Use the Dashboard to harass, defame, or harm any content creator, talent agency, or individual

All YouTube content, channel names, stream titles, thumbnails, and associated branding displayed on this Dashboard are the intellectual property of their respective owners — the content creators and/or their talent agencies. IDVTuber Tracker makes no claim of ownership over any YouTube content or creator branding displayed on this Dashboard.

The analytics data displayed (viewer counts, like counts, comment counts) is publicly available information sourced from YouTube's public API and is not owned by IDVTuber Tracker.

The data displayed on this Dashboard is collected automatically via the YouTube Data API v3 at 60-second intervals during active livestreams. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

IDVTuber Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with YouTube LLC, Google LLC, or any talent agency or content creator whose channels are tracked by this project.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IDVTuber Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Dashboard, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the data displayed
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Dashboard

This Dashboard is provided free of charge as a fan community resource. Use of this Dashboard is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Dashboard after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Dashboard at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
